  • MGCC Membership,

We are looking forward to a terrific 2024 golf and social season at the Club. It is important that we continue to respect the club and adhere to a code of conduct.

    House and Social Conduct:

    1. Reservations are required for dinner, dining, and Club special events and are to be made through the ForeTees application.

    2. Minors under the age of 18 are not allowed in the 19th Hole.

    3. When bringing a guest or sponsoring a function, members must inform guests in advance of MGCC House Rules and Dress Code (in club house and on golf course). It is the responsibility of the member that guests adhere to these guidelines. Disciplinary actions will be taken against the member.

    4. Children must be supervised by their parents. The club is not responsible for the supervision or care of members’ children, nor does it offer babysitting services. Children are not permitted to roam freely in and around the Club House and certainly not on the golf course, without parental supervision.

    5. The entire Clubhouse is designated as a non-smoking area.

    6. The use of loud or inappropriate language is not tolerated.

    7. Pets are not allowed on Club property, except documented service animals.

    Dress Code:

    1. Shirts must be tucked in at all times.

    2. In the Metuchen Room, Tavern, and Fireside Room, jackets are preferred for men; however, tasteful sportswear or golf attire is acceptable.

    3. Proper sportswear/golf attire includes collared shirts, turtlenecks, mock turtles, Bermuda shorts, or golf slacks (cargo shorts are not allowed).

    4. Hats are to be worn forward only and are only permitted in the 19th Hole and Locker Rooms.

    5. On Wednesdays, the entire Club House allows appropriate denim to be worn. However, the 19th Hole allows appropriate denim on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

    6. Golf shoes are only permitted in locker room areas or the 19th Hole.

    7. Workout gear is acceptable in the gym or Locker Rooms only.

    8. Pool attire/bathing suits are only allowed in the pool area.

    9. All children must adhere to the Dress Code.

    10. Tasteful discretion is advised.

*Non-adherence to these rules will result in consequences deemed appropriate by the Board.

Your respect to these guidelines is greatly appreciated,
